Butterflies

When the birds are hiding in the trees I find it hard to look for nothing, so I turn my attention to butterflies and insects. At this time of year they are easier to see than most birds.
They're so colourful, but not always easy to capture as they are always on the move.

  1. Oh all of these butterflies are so pretty! I agree with you, it's very difficult to capture them, they are so fast and restless. Great captures all of them!

  5. Beautiful every one and I'm impressed that you know all the names. The comma one is one of the prettiest I've ever seen. (Actually that would be never seen...I wish I could!)
